At Abano Di Parma, we take pride in delivering premium Italian coffee with the highest standards of quality and freshness.

Due to the nature of our products as consumable goods, we are unable to accept returns once the package has been opened or used. However, if you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [info@abanodiparma.com] with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We will be happy to offer a replacement or a full refund in the following cases:

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The product arrived damaged or compromised

  • The item was not received despite a confirmed delivery

Please note:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Sale items and promotional offers are non-refundable

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless due to our error
